It smelled of smoke and air freshener, and there was a noticeable shortfall in towels and pillows. The biggest issue? Roaches and bed bugs led to a traumatic night. Even after a promise of a refund, it remains unprocessed six days later. On the upside, the staff was accommodating, and the location was convenient. Clean beds and working amenities, like microwaves and fridges, added slight comfort. I wouldn't recommend this hotel due to the severe hygiene issues. Consider other options.

we had an exceptional stay at Philly Inn & Suites. the property's good location and larger-than-expected room, along with clean bathroom and helpful staff, made our experience enjoyable. there were plenty of outlets for charging and the staff was amazing, accommodating, and friendly. everything we needed was within walking distance, making it very convenient.
